INGREDIENTS
4 eggs, separated
4 c flour
1 T baking soda
1 t salt
1 cup oil
4 c buttermilk
DIRECTIONS
1. Combine dry ingredients, then add oil, buttermilk, & egg yolks
2. Whip egg whiltes (for fluffy batter) and fold into batter.
